Keffiyeh Dress
Last year I was commissioned by a friend to make a dress out of keffiyehs inspired from a Dress by Hushidar Mortezaie, worn by Bella Hadid at the Cannes film festival 2024.
With the heart-warming response I received from the dress across social media and in light of the continued genocide in Palestine, I have made one more.
This dress was auctioned off as part of Dublin Independent Fashion Week 2025 and all money raised went to help those suffering through the grassroots charities Gaza Go Bragh and TEA Collective. .
Auction results
In the interest of transparency here are the results of the auction. The auction took place online from the 22nd of September too the 29th of September, 2025.
The dress sold for €176 so that was €88 each to TEA Collective and Gaza Go Bragh
